N2  - Nowadays, the advance in the technology and knowledge of accountant are necessary factor contribute for success of accounting field. However, the negative effects relates to accounting ethics is not development. Accounting fraud has still exist in business environment, and it is alarming problem for economic global. To analyze this situation, this project will bring overview and some of issues related to accounting ethics in Vietnam. Through collected data from small-scale research in Hanoi, this study will discuss about the factors that contribute accounting fraud in Vietnam organization and accountants will obey the rule of accounting ethics for professional accountants. In conclusion, researchers will give solutions to this problem. Finally, all solutions are the emphasis on the vital role of accounting morals education. It wills contribute to curb accounting fraud in the future
